30 Days of Water Challenge


 

- Water is so good for your body! It hydrates you, gives you that extra bit of energy you need at the end of the day and makes your skin look refreshed. Now let's be honest - who doesn't want that? -

As for me, I was always a lazy water drinker. Although I have been quite good with what I drink, I didn’t drink nearly enough water.

So this is my usual drinking routine throughout the day:
In the morning I usually drink a cup of coffee. I do put a little bit of milk and some caramel syrup light in it as well though. On weekends, when I have that awesome Sunday breakfast, I usually top it off with a glass or two of orange juice.
Then I'll drink sparkling water or tea throughout the day.
I very rarely drink soda or any kind of sugared liquid other than juice. Juice does of course contain a high amount of fruit sugar though, which is better than any added / unnatural sugar but it is still sugar after all.

So, what I am trying to do now is drink a lot more water. As I would usually drink sparkling water, I found out that it fills me up a lot quicker because of all the bubbles. I feel a lot more refreshed and not as full when drinking cold tap water. So I start off with only 3 glasses of water a day (and a whole lot of other crap).

This challenge is about drinking at least 8 full glasses of water a day for at least 30 days. I am excited to see where this is going and how my skin etc. will change. So, if you'd also like to try it check out the sheet below, where you can cross off all the glasses of water you had that day.
